The term 'you' means you the purchaser. The term 'us' means Poppers2U.com.

Please read the following points carefully as this affects the use of our website and purchase of products from the online shop by you. If you make a purchase then you must have fully read and understood the terms and conditions on this page. Not reading them does not exclude you from them.

You must agree to these terms and conditions in full in order make a purchase through our website. If you do not agree to any condition DO NOT make a purchase.

If you place the order on-line, you will receive an automatically produced e- mail confirmation to your nominated email account of your order details. The order confirmation you receive confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that we will be able meet it in full. You will also be allocated a transaction number for that order - please quote this as your reference in any enquiries you may make. You will be notified by email when your order has been processed and again when your order has been dispatched.

Prices

All prices shown on the shopping website are excluding postage and packaging. Whilst every effort is made to ensure prices on our website are accurate we will need to validate the price before your order is processed. If the correct price is different from the one on your order or we cannot supply an item you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible and you can cancel your order. In such cases we will refund your monies in full. Clicking on our BUY NOW button is not deemed an 'invitation to purchase' by us but an 'expression of interest' by you.

Price Match

We will always try and deliver the best value and service. If you notify us of a cheaper price we cannot guarantee to match it but we will always try to match a price of like for like items that are in stock and available for sale at the outlet you have notified us about at the time we check and only on retail sales.

Products

Whilst every effort is made to supply the product shown, it may be necessary due to design changes, alterations, delivery suppliers, new editions and other reasons outside of our control to replace the item purchased with a similar product.

Special Offers

Whilst every effort is made to supply products from our Special Offers section, we are limited by stock levels of a particular item. All original prices shown in this section are based on RRP or our previous selling price. In some cases purchases of any Special Offer may be limited or declined with no reason given.

Legal Highs and Herbal Highs

All products listed in our "Legal Highs" and "Herbal Highs" categories are advertised and sold for research or novelty purposes. All of our 'Legal Highs' and 'Herbal Highs' are legal for use in the UK as described in the product description. Please read all descriptions fully and follow all directions carefully. None of the items are sold for human consumption. All seeds are sold to be planted and grown for decorative purposes only.

Poppers and Room Aromas

Items listed as poppers or room aromas are sold only to be used as video head cleaner, leather cleaner or room aromas only. They are not for human consumption. They are not to be used as 'poppers' which suggests directly inhaling from the bottles.

Payment

For Credit/Debit Card payments you may use: Visa, MasterCard, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Meastro or JCB cards. All prices quoted in the online shop are in Pounds Sterling and credit/debit cards will be charged in Pounds Sterling.

For large wholesale orders we reserve the right to perform a credit check before accepting an order or payment for the goods. If a company does not meet the relevant criteria payment must be made by bank transfer.

Delivery

Delivery can be made to destinations within the UK. All items are discreetly packaged under plain cover. All packages in the UK are sent via the Royal Mail and we aim to deliver goods within 7 days in the UK. Every effort will be made to deliver your goods within the time stated but we cannot be held liable for any loss caused to you for late delivery.

If goods have not been received within the stated delivery time you may contact us by e-mail. If you select standard post you accept full responsibility for lost or damaged items. If you are concerned about not receiving your order we recommend that you use recorded delivery.

Returns and Refunds

Please inspect your goods carefully upon delivery. We are sure you'll be satisfied with your purchase but should there be a fault/problem with any item(s) then simply email us within 7 days so we can instruct you how the item should be sent back to us.

You may return any unused product to us if they have been damaged during transit. We will replace your product with an identical product or offer a refund for the value of the product and the postage you paid to return the product to us.

If you return a product that you just decide you do not want we will only refund the value of the order less postage and any other charges invloved. Refunds will not be given for postage in these circumstances. Please see Cancellations below.

Cancellations

If you decide, after placing your order and making payment, that you do not want the order you may cancel. We will refund the original card used to make the purchase less any charges and costs involved.
We will charge an admin fee of £1.00 for cancellations made before the order has been processed.
For orders that have been processed but not dispatched an admin charge of £2.00 will be made.
For cancellations made after the item has been dispatched an admin charge of £2.00 plus the delivery will be made.
We will not refund the delivery of the item back to us.

Legal

While we make every effort to ensure that our products are legal for sale within the UK, and most of our products are on general sale on UK high-streets, we make no warranties or indemnities express or implied as to the legality of purchase, import, export, display, sale, publication or distribution of any product in any jurisdiction. Our products are only available for purchase to persons over the age of 18.

You must ensure that our products are legal in your country before you make a purchase. We cannot be held responsible for any item held by customs in any country. You are responsible for importing any item. We will not make any refunds for any items held or ceased by customs.

Do not ask us to falsify any customs declaration. This is a criminal offence.
